11th Hour Scheduling Policy     

    In order to schedule a session you must be residing in the states of Texas. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  Failure to provide adequate cancellation or rescheduling notice for any reason whatsoever, will result in the client being charged in full for the missed session.

     If the client arrives late to any session for any reason whatsoever, he or she is choosing to forfeit that amount of time from the scheduled session.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

    Payment in full is expected at the time of the session. Cash, check or credit is accepted. There will be a processing fee

for credit card payments.  

   Current insurance accepted are

                                                     Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, United Healthcare, and Aetna .  


     Please verify that your specific plan is accepted and services are covered.  You are responsible for fees for services provided   If you are working with out-of-network insurance benefits, your full payment is due at the time of the session, as your carrier will reimburse you directly after your claim has been processed.  Sliding scale and prepaid options are available.  Please talk to staff about these options.  


    Online session are completed through a HIPPA secure website.  A link will be emailed to you.  No download necessary. It can be viewed right in your browser. Intake forms will be emailed to you to complete before the first session.
